Thank you to everyone who contributed to the many rich discussions on the Doughnut Dialogues message board - originally hosted at discuss.doughnuteconomics.org - since it was launched in March 2018.

The diversity of contributions, and the clear desire of so many people to put the ideas of Doughnut Economics into practice, directly inspired us to set up Doughnut Economics Action Lab, with a purpose-built platform for co-creating and sharing tools and stories so that peers can inspire and learn from one another.

As a result, we've decided to bring the Doughnut Dialogues to a close and we warmly invite you to join the DEAL community – now over 7,000 people worldwide – to contribute and learn from the many tools and stories that have been created by DEAL and by the DEAL Community, across education, community action, business, and government.

The design of the DEAL Community Platform will continue to evolve in order to make it ever-more useful to the DEAL Community – so if you want to let us know how it could be improved, we’d love to hear your suggestions in the Platform Development Hub.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to Tony Shannon and Marcus Baw who initiated and massively supported the creation of the Doughnut Dialogues – it has been invaluable in spreading the ideas of Doughnut Economics and we hope that DEAL's work will continue to build on what the Doughnut Dialogues began.

See you in the DEAL Community!
