I'm an italian, half greek living in Rotterdam and working here as a service and strategic designer. My job consists in understanding people's needs and designing a way for these to be met, mainly through service-oriented solutions. I've mostly worked in an agency that helps companies innovating to fit their audience evolving needs and I had the chance to work with a variety of companies and sectors (manufacturing, financial, energy, telco). I love to speculate on the future of cities, their inhabitants and how their behaviours and needs are evolving. I search for hints to imagine how a city's social, political, technical and economic systems could be like, to meet new equality and sustainability standards.
