Frederico Turolla is an Economist with Doctor's degree and Master in Economics with 20+ years of professional experience in economics consultancy, regulation, PPP and infrastructure issues. As a founding partner and leader of the infrastructure practice of PEZCO Economics, Turolla has been acting as coordinator of high-level projects in Brazilian infrastructure sectors to large companies, industry associations, multilateral organizations and governments. Turolla has written more than 200 articles published in several countries.

I am an enthusiastic early career professional in public policy and social sciences, UChicago honors alumna, helping create a world where people can thrive. Currently, I work as a policy analyst for the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability, where I manage a portfolio of state-level healthcare, higher education, and fiscal policy.  I am drawn to the deal community because I am interested in learning more about how Donut principles can be incorporated into state and local policy to create a more sustainable world, though both my work and personal life.
