Food and packaging is an essential component of urban living. In Brussels, (a city with its own upcoming Doughnut!), a number of initiatives at policy, citizen and company level already are pushing the envelop on 21st century thinking and moving towards a circular economy. In the spirit of re-inventing food and packaging to for the future self-sufficient, regenerative city, we are organising an idea-thon. Bring your creative selves and join us - no matter what your background - the more diverse the group, the better.
As part of new activities of the WEF-led Scale360 Circular Economy Innovation project, the (free) 1.5 hr ideathon will give you a chance to meet other people who are passionate to reinvent how we eat, from farm to fork. It will be a structured & time-boxed ideation process that will guide you to brainstorm, design and pitch your idea to a pool of experienced judges from EIT Food, Dalberg, Mars Food.
