Bertus Boelman
As a systems thinker, I analyse reality as if it were a system.
I look at the logic that emerges from the ways in which we meet the basic conditions of life, and how that logic shapes structures, environments, and behaviour.
Economics operates within that context as a component functioning on the basis of an underlying structure of a larger whole, with that underlying structure being the guiding force.
As far as I can see, economic models are variations within that underlying structure. They can produce shifts, but not structural changes in what manifests through that underlying structure.
