Sharnon Isenia
Curaçao
A social movement for transforming Curaçao into the first Island Doughnut Economy. My name is: mister Sharnon Isenia. I work as community developer. I'm a self-employed consultant in matters like project-management in city renewal, traffic flow/ parking/ transportation assessments, sustainability planning, organizational re-engineering. I have a background in spatial planning and geography. And also a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA). I'm an active member of the Curaçao Doughnut Economy (CDE) Task-force. It is a think-to-do-tank to explore and use the Doughnut Economy as a tool for nationwide transformative action on our beautiful island in the Caribbean. Currently we have more than 33 members. Our goal is simple: to create a radically new Curaçao. A Curaçao that is inclusive, regenerative and distributive.

I am Padmasai, I have an undergraduate and masters degree in Economics and work as an Economist for a macroeconomic consultancy firm. I grew up in India, moved to London for my Masters, worked there for a few years and am now based in Oxford. I used to be a strong believer in the power of markets. But in recent years I have experienced a big shift in my views owing to rising inequality and climate change. Donought Economics really brought it all together so beautifully, the crisis we face as a profession in economics and the need to rethink it! Looking forward to collaborating with this community and making a difference!

I see it as my mission to bring out the best in people. Everyone has talents that blossom in the right environment. I invite people to find the essence of who they are and what they do. You can decide for yourself how you experience and fill in your life. You can organize your life and work in such a way that you experience it as valuable. Everyone is responsible for their own life and there is always a choice. In my work I let people experience the power of their intuition and the intelligence of the heart. I am also part of a movement that is building a CareFirst world, a world we all wish to live in. .Care First means, that money serves the well-being of people and the Earth and is not used at their expense (Money First). My rols; social innovator, coach, trainer, pioneer, community builder, fresh thinker, creative entrepreneur

Greeting from TAP. TAP is also a paradigm shifting, new model, initiative. But somewhat different than Doughnut Economics - TAP deals with all the systems required of any civilization model - where just one primary system is the economic system. TAP identifies one system that is more important than all other systems: the infocomm system. A system that in today's world, with present social media, has evolved into a world-destruction weapon. TAPable, is a new type of infocomm digital tech tool. NOT intended to fix or replace anything else in existence today. Instead to be an alternative option tool for establishing great improvement in 'important infocomm'. TAP defines 'important infocomm' as that which is used to establish understanding and belief. TAPable is the first tangible step toward the primary objective of establishing a new civilization model of balance and long-term sustainability - given the constraints and limitations of our biosphere.

Progressive educator, currently Consultant Principal of a start-up International school in Congo, looking to become more actively involved in seismic curriculum change to redesign education to bring it into line with the needs and values that graduates will have to hold to face the challenges of the 21st century. Inspired by radical/practical emergent philosophies such as doughnut and circular economics. Believe strongly that change is possible but the curriculum needs to be dismantled and rebuilt to include cognitive biases and heuristics, value-driven learning and real-world forward thinking content with approaches that encourage critical thinking and holistic big picture and socially minded emotional consciousness.

I have been in the IT and 3D-creative business since around 1990. I am IT entrepreneur and Consultant, book author and keynote speaker for Game changing technologies. My aim is to offer guidance for our civilization how to qualify for the 22nd century by our actions today. After understanding the urgency of the climate crisis in 2019 I started my engagement in various climate action initiatives and founded ClimateHackerz.com with the mission: Transformation into a climate positive civilization with utmost urgency. Kate Raworth's book Doughnut economics is a great framework for our transformation into a climate positive, sustainable and healthy civilization and circular economy and society.
