I describe myself as a continuous learner who has a passion for designing strategies to solve complex problems businesswise. However, I cannot stick only to the business side of things as our present has demonstrated that life and business are not as apart as I thought a few years ago. They are completely linked, and one relies on the other on a process that is constantly trying to find a clever (not always wise) way to help us, humans, perdure. For me, DEAL is HOPE, and it's giving us, humans, a new chance to make things right (and wise).

I co-founded a small networked business to provide practical support on governance across organisations, networks, communities and movements. Interested in how new and regenerative approaches to governance - issues of ownership, power, control, organising, (inter)dependence and decision-making in a variety of settings - can help support the foundations of a new economic system.

I am a business performance coach, I help people focus on their most important challenges and opportunities, co-create the process to develop the best solutions, and implement these effectively. My Why - Positive impact on People, Planet, and Place (my 4Ps…) My How - Giving my crazy good energy to leaders and influencers who are doing this in their local context, through coaching with Empathy, Process, and Systems thinking and collaborating through Experience, Process, and Strategy - yes process is listed twice, it's that important! My What: I'm a lover, runner, and unapologetic non-conformer, and, noting the irony, a McKinsey Alumnus, MBA/MPP graduate, and Mechanical Engineer

I am a possibilist with wide open senses for connections and constellations. I have a huge curiosity to learn and I love to share and transmit my learnings. I am a sustainabilist who turned her long term private concern for sustaining global and local ecosystems and social justice into political climate activism in 2019. Convinced of the benefits of systems thinking I am enthusiastic about the Doughnut Economy as a role model and communication tool for the social-ecological transformation we need. I was lucky to meet a couple of likeminded Doughnauts to embark on the exciting journey to start the Donut Berlin Initiative. Let's did it, Berlin!

Hi, this is Juan Sebastián, glocal citizen, human facing a transition from the mode of “To Have” to the mode of “To Be”. Systems thinker / Cultural creative / Changemaker and researcher in the realm of human organizations as living systems. My journey begins more than 18 years ago on the marketing and communication fields, lapse in which I came to grips with the common disconnect between the Being-Doing-Saying of companies set up by the traditional economic model. Over the last 8 years such realization has pushed me to recognize businesses as ‘living beings’ further than ‘brands’, and thus delving into the whole systems approach as an accomplishment to precisely grasp them as conversational, reflexive, and interdependent living entities. I'm working as Ecosocial OD Consultant at Jscinteractivo, endeavor conceived by me whereby I aim to consolidate the human organizations’ Ecobiopsychosocial (EBPS) Capital. I am a business innovation architect preparing entrepreneurs to the future of business. And the future of business is inextricably linked to the environment this is why I fall in love of the Doughnut Economy. I believe the most successful companies in the future will be competing to be the best for the climate and for the people. In my opinion there is no Climate Change crisis, there is the problem of the extinction of the human race if we continue with this trend. The wording of Climate Change is fundamentally wrong, this is why it doesn't work and people don't get involved. We should start talking about the extinction of the human race, because this is the real problem. The world will continue to run even without the human race, no doubt about. I believe that what we eat and how we eat is such a powerful leverage to reduce the carbon foot print on the planet and to respect all its beautiful creatures.
