A human with a talent for spotting areas of opportunity & connecting the dots. I have a background in Corporate Communications & Change Management. Before transitioning to Service Design, I led an international Employee Experience team for over 5 years. As a Service Designer, I have conducted projects in sectors such as Justice, Education, and Healthcare. This year, I completed a MA in Service Design that helped me to enrich and elevate my empirical practice. As a result of how interesting and enjoyable my major project resulted, I am currently on the mission of embedding a circular mindset in everything I can touch as well as connecting inclusive entrepreneurship and design.

I am a permaculture/regenerative designer working for Dudley CVS (a voluntary and community sector infrastructure support organisation), My key role is leading a social lab called CoLab Dudley based on Dudley High Street which is nurturing a collective of local people committed to intergenerational justice and long-term thinking. We call these people Time Rebels and they work to engage more local people in imagining and co-creating futures In which all beings thrive. I am also implementing and iterating permaculture/regenerative designs in my home and garden, and soon more of the street where I live.

Hi my name is Ginnie and I live in Stourbridge West Midlands and also have worked for many years in Birmingham. I have set up my company Moving Souls Dance, building on a shared interest with my Co-Director in dance, participatory arts and finding a way for the arts to help be part of the pain and change that the Climate Crisis is provoking. I am looking to co-create with others stories and interactive performance work that can inspire new ways of living and navigating these troubled times to find and invest in nature based solutions. I am involved with Jai Jagat International (https://www.jaijagatinternational.org) and have set up with friends Jai Jagat UK (https://jaijagatuk.co.uk/who-we-are) to support the global walk from Delhi to Geneva during 2019 - 20 and now the continuation of a 10 year programme!

I am a retired but active tourism academic fascinated by how tourism can help communities thrive through alternative economic models. I have written and spoken on regenerative tourism and on designing tourism for transformation. I am also a teacher of meditation and breathwork with the Art of Living Foundation. I am also a weaver. I am looking forward to learning from this community, and doing what I can to bring donut economics to these islands,.

I'm Director of an Architecture practice called Matter, Associate Professor at the University of East London and Trustee of Forest Community Land Trust. I work across scales and subject areas, aiming to contribute to systemic change using design skills, including via the Design Council. I'm a natural collaborator and thrive in shared creative environments. My best work has been 'research in action' projects that seek to both understand and change things at the same time and are engaging with health, wellbeing, equity and justice.

Hopefully well-rounded human, working at continuously learning to be better at it. I work in arts & culture by passion & desire, and in web development and management by fluke and ability to sustain my family. I revel in being a grandma, and love wandering among ancient trees and waterways. Helping my community move in thoughtful, progressive directions is where I spend my volunteer time, though there are so many ways that can happen I struggle to find a clear focus. I'm fascinated and invigorated by this concept of doughnut economics, and am excited to broaden my scope of understanding to be able to help my community embrace and implement it.

I am a magical creature inhabiting a large home range in NW Montana. As a life long advocate for the rights of nature, I choose creative avenues to give voice to the mountains, rivers, forests while promoting social justice for marginalized rural communities. I enjoy imagining what a compassionate, kind, generous, joyful, and rejuvenating culture looks like.

I have worked in the construction industry for the past 25 years as a change and improvement project manager. I am now semi-retired and pursuing all the interests that have taken a back seat for so many years. I'm exploring Doughnut Economics because I believe our society at all levels is fundamentally broken. Doing the same things and expecting different results is futile. Doughnut Economics is the first time I've seen an alternative vision of human behaviour and responsibility that I believe can change things.

I am a freelance graphic facilitator who has been working with and geeking out on anything food since as long as I can remember. Based in Copenhagen and having a constant urge to explore food in new corners of the world (travelling by train) while being blessed with the wonderful culinary landscape of Copenhagen. I'm daily frustrated about how the food system is running and actively working on buying up farmland to manage it regeneratively with 2000 other people in Denmark.
