DE Games Group Meet-up (Past)
A space to meet others interested in the intersection of games and Doughnut Economics
Please Note: This event has now finished and can no longer be joined.
The emerging Doughnut Economics Games Group officially launched on 6th November and had our first group call in December.
This hour-long meet-up is continuing with the monthly meet-ups. It is a space where you can meet others interested in the intersection of games and Doughnut Economics.

Given the small size of the community at this early stage we are holding just one community call, rather than having one for the Asia-Pacific time zones and one for the Americas time zones. If this time doesn't work for you, we invite you to share a time that would work for you in the discord server in the #event-and-announcements channel.

We look forward to seeing you!

Suntheary DE MONTAIGNE
Phnom Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Hello, I am Suntheary, a Food Sustainability Consultant & Marketing Strategist based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Born in Thailand as a refugee, I grew up in France, and I've spent the last 20 years living and working across Asia. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of creating a sustainable future for the next generation. My professional journey is guided by three interconnected pillars: Marketing, Sustainability, and Food–with sustainability at the heart, perfectly aligning with DEAL's mission of transforming Doughnut Economics into action. With a background in International Business and Marketing, I worked in food importation and distribution in China, collaborating with chefs and international food brands. In Cambodia, I am now working to transform food systems by linking local producers with buyers and catalyzing investment for a sustainable and climate-resilient agrifood sector. I've completed courses in Design Thinking for Sustainability and CSR Strategy, Sustainable Food and Sustainable Marketing at Cambridge CISL, Food Systems at Wageningen University. I'm excited to facilitate Doughnut Economics workshops, exchange innovative ideas, and connect with conscious professionals and citizens as we work together toward a more regenerative and equitable future. I look forward to collaborating with businesses—connecting with owners, directors, and employees who share our vision of creating thriving economies that respect both people and planetary boundaries—as well as with civil society communities, including students, schoolchildren, and conscious consumers. #FoodSystemsTransformation #SustainableMarketing #DoughnutEconomics #AsianMarkets #RegenerativeEconomy
