Tunisia Doughnut Group, in collaboration with the American Corner Sousse, are delighted to offer this free, two-part workshop series: Design Thinking for a 21st Century Business.
Designed for young business teams, this hands-on program invites creative, forward-thinking individuals to explore innovative approaches to business transformation. Participants will be introduced to Doughnut Economics and its role in reimagining modern business models.
✅ What to expect:
- an experiential exercise to understand the doughnut economics framework
- activities to unpack the characteristics of a regenerative (circular) and distributive (human-centred) business
- a workshop to explore the deep design of business
This series aims to develop the participants’ innovation skills, increase their business knowledge and boost their entrepreneurial confidence.
📍This two-part workshop series will be held in person at the American Corner Sousse (address: Amideast Sousse, Avenue Yasser Arafet, Sahloul, 4054, Sousse, Tunisia) on:
📅 Saturday, July 19th 🕒 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
📅 Saturday, July 26th 🕒 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
✅ Eligibility:
- Apply as a team of 2-4 individuals, all aged 21–35 years old
- Have a business or a business idea in one of the following fields: Agriculture, Energy, Health, Industrial Processes, Tourism, Circular Economy (e.g., Water, Fashion, Textiles), etc.
- The business (idea) must be Tunisian
- Be at the ideation or an innovation stage of their business
This workshop series will be led by a team of American and Tunisian experts and practitioners who have a combined 38 years of experience in development, pedagogy, and innovation & entrepreneurship across Tunisia, the U.S., and the UK.
