Have you heard about Doughnut Economics but aren't quite sure what it's all about?
Or maybe you want to improve your city but don't know where to start?
This workshop is for you!
We invite you to "Doughnut Tutoring" - a crash course during which we will explain in simple terms what this model is and why it can be helpful in cities like Zabrze or Katowice.
What will we discuss at the workshop?
Why Doughnut?
What do doughnuts have to do with our future?
How can we think differently about economics?
We will explore 7 ways of thinking that reverse the traditional approach to economics.
How is everything connected?
We will learn that the world is a system of connected vessels, and doughnuts show us how.
How to start a change?
Doughnut Economics isn't a theory for governments - it's a practical model for cities, companies, communities, and schools.
Doughnut for the city or the region?
Scaling the doughnut. How to use a tool to make it work on a larger scale.
We invite everyone who wants to take action for their community. Practitioners and theorists, young and old. Those who are already active and those who would like to, but don't know where to start. We will discuss available methods, tools, and practical solutions that are currently in use.
The meeting is open to everyone.
The workshops will be held in Polish
