Regenerative Tourism in Practice explores how Doughnut Economics can help us think differently about tourism and hospitality by considering the relationships between business, people, place, nature and prosperity. The morning moves from regenerative tourism research and an introduction to the Doughnut into a practical systems experiment using 40 Acres Guest Farm as a real hospitality case. Participants will work together, supported by short research and practice contributions, before exploring what the emerging priorities could mean for business, collaboration and future experimentation.
