How to post on behalf of an organisation or network, or update its public profile.

    How do I become an admin of an organisation or network?

    Only members of the DEAL Team can currently assign admin permissions to members of organisations on the DEAL Community Platform.

    If you would like to be made an admin for a particular organisation or network, please send an email to profiles@doughnuteconomics.org.

    How do I edit an organisation or network's profile?

    1. Ensure you are logged in with an account that has been made an admin of at least one organisation or network (see above).
    2. Open an organisation or network's profile page, which you can find via the Organisations & Networks index.
    3. Click the 'Edit' button in the header (only visible to admins).
    4. You will be taken to a form that allows you to edit profile information (e.g. name, logo, description, activities and services, and contact info).
    5. When you have made your updates, click the 'Update Organisation' button.
    6. Done! ✅

    How do I post a tool/story/event on behalf of an organisation or network?

    1. Ensure you are logged in with an account that has been made an admin of at least one organisation or network (see above).
    2. Post a new tool, story or event (or edit an existing one) like you normally would when posting as an individual.
    3. Select the organisation or network you are posting on behalf of:
      1. For tools and stories, this option is part of the 'Attribution' step
      2. For events, click 'Are you posting on behalf of an organisation or network?' to show this option (towards the end of the form.
    4. Publish the tool, story or event as your usually would.
    5. Your name will now be replaced with the organisation's name wherever the tool/story/event byline is displayed.
