Phil Walsh

Phil is passionate about purpose-led organisations. He volunteers in the business partnerships team at Oxfam GB, is a trustee of a charity helping women and children in the slums of Kampala and is part of the steering group of a local educational group. His company, Walsh’s Learning to Achieve, is committed to achieving B Corp status.
Prior to moving to full time facilitation, Phil held a Directorship at a Learning and Development Agency responsible for the global sales and marketing function. He managed client relationships with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organisations. Phil has worked with audiences at many different levels; facilitating for senior global executives from multinational companies, coaching senior partners from top 10 global law firms, facilitating for first level leaders at the dotcom division of one the UK’s biggest retailers, facilitating virtual classroom sessions connecting business leaders to students and running activities for festival goers
