Violette Ruppanner

I am a Managing partner of Strategos SA, a boutique consulting firm supporting positive change and transformation in organisations. Founded in 1997 in Lausanne, our company is mainly active in Western Switzerland and is very well networked there.
I draw from a rich career spanning 30 years in government, international organisations, non-profits and the private sector. I am trained and skilled in project design & management, strategy development & execution, change management, organisational development & governance and participatory leadership.
First trained as an economist (HEC UNIL), I completed an Executive Master in Management of Technology (EPFL) in 2001 and a Master in Business Administration – Marketing & change management (Michigan State University, USA) in 2007.
