Always technology and science-driven, I would describe myself as a very restlessness person eager to learn new things, to be able to reach new goals and very comfortable in changing environments and situations. At professional level I would highlight my creativity and analytic capacity to understand process, context and circumstances, to fragment them into more understandable blocks and to rephrase them as needed to become their optimal version. I guess as an engineer I always have this background idea of wanting to find solutions and to fix problems. At personal level I would describe myself as a very communicative person with very high capacity to establish bonds with peers and with clients based on a mixture of transparency, consensus and empathy together by leading through the example. At a team level I try to become the enabler person that gets things done and blockers removed to facilitate the work of the team.
My aims and passions are much related with nature and travelling.
