I am a freelance graphic facilitator who has been working with and geeking out on anything food since as long as I can remember. Based in Copenhagen and having a constant urge to explore food in new corners of the world (travelling by train) while being blessed with the wonderful culinary landscape of Copenhagen. I'm daily frustrated about how the food system is running and actively working on buying up farmland to manage it regeneratively with 2000 other people in Denmark.
