Laura Duarte

A human with a talent for spotting areas of opportunity & connecting the dots. I have a background in Corporate Communications & Change Management. Before transitioning to Service Design, I led an international Employee Experience team for over 5 years. As a Service Designer, I have conducted projects in sectors such as Justice, Education, and Healthcare. This year, I completed a MA in Service Design that helped me to enrich and elevate my empirical practice. As a result of how interesting and enjoyable my major project resulted, I am currently on the mission of embedding a circular mindset in everything I can touch as well as connecting inclusive entrepreneurship and design.
