Born in Ireland, I have lived and worked in Aotearoa New Zealand for most of the past 40 years.

I have an extensive background in quality management/assurance, operations management, project management, and continuous organisation performance improvement in a variety of sectors.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the application of business excellence principles and practices in a variety of business sectors – food and beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, and agriculture-related.

I am currently a qualifications assessor within the leadership and management qualification suite offered by Careerforce for the healthcare and social services sectors.
