Jose Francisco Noboa Wang

I´m costarican born deaf, project manager with a specialization on Socia Solidarity Economy and Collaborative Economies. Co-Founder and President of BoaPaz Foundation (an organization to empower people in vulnerability), president of Tecnology and Innovation Comitee at the Open Parliament of the Legislative Assembly, also I am member of the National Assembly of Organizations and Peoples with Dissabilities, and member of the International Social Tourism Organization.
I´ve been an entrepreneurship mentor and evaluator, forum speaker and panelist, Social Responsibility and SDGs promoter, National Youth awardee, among other recognitions.
