Claire Hamlin

I have spent my career working in all aspects of organisational development and change. Over the last few years I have particularly focussed on how we can change organisations for the better - to shift from being contributors to the problems we face, to drivers of the solutions. I am passionate about helping the world of work evolve to be more empathetic, innovative, agile and striving for positive impact.

In my role as part of the leadership team at Q5 partners I have responsibility for both our sustainability offering to clients, and how we help organisations evolve to meet the challenges of the future. Alongside this role I work on a voluntary basis as an advisor for a number of charities, purpose-led start-ups and community interest businesses that are tackling our societal & planetary challenges. These include organisations tackling diversity, human suffering, regenerative cities and social mobility. All of which I'm proud to be part of and play even a small role in helping.
