Katsu Masaki

I am currently on the faculty of Konan University, Hyogo, Japan. My research has focused on post-liberal and post-capitalist approaches to development, with a special interest in Bhutan’s policy of Gross National Happiness (GNH). I have also been involved in livelihood improvement activities in a mountain village in Bhutan.
