I am the director of a grant-making, time-bound initiative, seeking to catalyse renewed action and leverage new resources and commitments for children and families in Bulgaria. Over the past 20 years I worked to change child protection and care systems across the world, ending harmful practices like institutionalisation/use of orphanages and building up with communities and parents effective family strengthening and alternative family care services.
