Molly Freeman
I use the discipline of Complex Systems to prepare Educators to prepare learners for navigating uncertainty with 21st century capacities of Collaboration, Creativity, Communication, Critical thinking and Complex Problem Solving, Risk-Taking and Social-Emotional Intelligence. My current passion is to broadcast among Educators and Journalists urgency for a paradigm shift from Individualism to Interdependence and for critical analyses of the design and applications of digital technologies in order to preserve human agency and open societies. My interests resonate with the values embodied in Doughnut Economics. I teach at the post-secondary level and have conducted research and professional development for over three decades. I reside in Berkeley, California and Armenia and am engaged in Educational change in the US and Armenia. My PhD is in Complex Systems and Distance Learning. Most recently I have taught in the online MA in Educational Leadership at Mills College, Oakland, CA.
