Dr Swati Gupta is the Entrepreneurship subject group lead, managing undergraduate and postgraduate entrepreneurship programmes in the department. She has a wide range of experience in developing and delivering higher education courses, programmes and modules at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. She works closely with finance professional bodies to get professional accreditation for finance programmes. She is active in coordinating entrepreneurial workshops and mentoring budding entrepreneurs, also Mentor of Change under Atl Innovation initative by Niti Ayog.
Dr Swati’s PhD topic focused on integrating the Activity-Based Costing system with the Economic Value Added financial performance measure and the positive impacts of this integration on manufacturing costs.
