I am a university professor, at the University of Patagonia, my discipline is costs and management.
For many years I have been researching local or territorial development processes, particularly those based on natural resources. This is how the book Rosquilla Economy came to be and after reading it I began to think about how to apply it in my region.
I am in a group that tries to install in our country, the so-called "New Economies", (Circular Economy, Bioeconomy, Growth Theory and of course, The Donut)
