Doughnut Economics About DEAL DEAL Team Careers FAQ Principles & Guidelines Wider Movement Contact UsSteven Greenleaf is President of Fundación Esperanza Aplicada (Applied Hope Foundation), a non-profit dedicated to supporting people and projects focused on restorative and sustainable practices, and entrepreneurship in Costa Rica, Latin America and beyond. Steven Greenleaf is also Director of Greenleaf Education Costa Rica S.A. (GECR). GECR offers courses in environmental leadership, environmental project planning and management, and environmental problem solving.
Steven was the Senior Technical Advisor to the Minister of Legal Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and was the Chairman of the Congress of the People (a partner in the coalition government of Trinidad and Tobago) Green Policy Committee. Steven was also the President of the Caribbean Institute of Sustainability, a non profit organization dedicated to the sustainable development and protection of the environment.
Steven has worked in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Education, and Green Building.
