I'm a dramaturg working in artistic development for the theatre and wider performance sector. My work is predominantly concerned with narrative and the creation of inclusive systems in which artists can do their best work. I'm curious about the role of the arts in amplifying the narrative around DE and how I might apply my storytelling skills to the work. I'm interested in how the cultural sector can embrace DE.
