Doughnut Economics About DEAL News & Updates Meet the DEAL Team Careers FAQ Wider Movement Contact UsI have a Masters in Development with a thesis on microenterprise development in Indigenous society. I recently completed my certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, where I became much more integrated in the workings of 'Doughnut Economics'. I have worked in the Energy sector for close to two decades, predominantly with oil and gas clients, but more recently with hydroelectricity and solar. My principal focus has been Indigenous engagement in Western Canada, concentrating on economic development in impacted communities. Prior to my work in Western Canada I worked with Mayan communities in Guatemala, managing the UNCTAD program 'EMPRETEC' for entrepreneurs. Next to my family, my greatest passions are writing and soccer.
