I am a Local Implementation lead for Lloyds Bank Foundation based in Telford 

Our focus is on unlocking potential for people, communities and the borough itself.  The group comprises of organisations and local people who are working together to understand how to remove barriers and create opportunities for people of all ages to reach their full potential in life.  

Listening to people living and working in Telford and Wrekin to understand what challenges they and their communities face, by hearing what matters we can start to make real change in the borough; change that is quick, adaptable and led by the people that it affects.  

If I am not carrying out this exciting role, I am delivering training for Equality and Diversity UK, working with local authorities and a local university on meaningful engagement of people that services impact upon.
