Nick Shepherd

Now retired, I spend my time trying to contribute to initiatives to re-make business and leave the world a better place. I have a fifty plus year career - about half in "corporate" rising to CFO and then President of a distribution business. I then spent the last half running my own consulting and professional development company. While I have a financial / accounting background my passion is people and the whole concept of organizational culture. I am involved in several volunteer capacities in lobby / influence groups. I have written a number of books on both culture and other topics. I am a father and grandfather. I was born and grew up (in terms of age) in the UK but am now a Canadian having been here almost fifty years.
