Doughnut Economics About DEAL News & Updates Meet the DEAL Team Careers FAQ Wider Movement Contact UsFor Gaul, her work is not just about a house, it’s about connecting deeply with what her clients need and what the house and larger community can offer them. She’s helped hundreds of families over the last five years find their forever homes, invest in properties they continue to build wealth in, and put roots down in the Solano County area. Striking an artful balance in these areas culminates in a deeper connection for her clients to the specialness of the places they call home – which is what Gaul’s life’s work has become.
Before finding her calling in Real Estate, Gaul explored her artistic talents and spent most of her career working on large scale community art installations. These projects connected her with a network of individuals that care so deeply for their cities and towns all up and down the west coast, and inspired her to understand more about what it takes to make a thriving community. In her journey she has built a team of well-respected lenders, tradespeople, marketing specialists, and creatives that make buying or selling a home with Gaul an efficient and effective process. She is a capable multi-tasker and problem-solver and is not shaken with the ever-changing conditions of the real estate market. Throughout your Real Estate relationship, Gaul will remain a calming, trustworthy, and competent advocate for you.
In her time outside of the office, Gaul creates sustainable support for animals in crisis during natural disasters through her work in co-founding the Benicia Dog Festival – a one day, fundraising event created in response to the wildfires of 2017 that so deeply affected our northern California animal residents. She serves as Board of Director for the Solano Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
