I have worked in the development sector in India for over 3 decades. Over the past few years I have been keen on working with regenerative paradigms in the space of education, leadership and organisation design and development, particularly in the development sector. I am now at Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Rishihood University, exploring the synergy and integration of Indic knowledge systems and regenerative paradigms.
