Llambi Prendi

Llambi Prendi is a Lector in the Department of Economics Science at “Aleksander Moisiu” University, where he has been since 2012. From 2016 to 2020 he served as Deputy Dean. 

He received a B.S. from Tirana University in 2010, and an M.S. from the State University of Durres. He received his Ph.D. in Economics Science from “Aleksander Moisiu” University in 2016. He previously held the position of Brand Manager; Century 21, Vice Director; Abissnet, Member of the supervisory board; Tirana Stock Exchange and FAF.sha.

His research interests span both Macroeconomics and Microeconomics. Much of his work has been on improving the understanding and application of econometrics in the field of macroeconomics and microeconomics. In his current position at UAMD, he lectures the following courses: Fundamentals of Microeconomics, Advances Microeconomics, Fundamentals of Macroeconomics, Advances Macroeconomics for bachelor students, and Managerial Economics for master students.

He currently coordinates the financial aspect of the MAGNET Project, a CBHE Project in which Aleksander Moisiu University is a partner institution. 

Dr. Prendi, participates in MEP&M CBHE Project as an invited lecturer in New Joint Regional Master developed between 2 Albanian Universities and 1 Montenegrin University.

Also, he participates in 6 working groups on 3 COST Actions Projects.
