In my current role at Quantum5, I am responsible for supporting businesses to balance profits with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities. I lead our global engagement and relationships with the United Nations Global Compact Network Pakistan and provide businesses, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and agencies with customised analysis, guidance, and support to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to tackle #climate change, particularly focusing on reducing inequalities, achieving net-zero, and creating sustainable economic growth.
I have also taken the lead in developing a hybrid #SDG and #ESG Assessment tool for the United Nations Global Compact Network Pakistan, using a tech platform for businesses to better understand the UN’s SDGs and to help companies springboard their sustainability ambitions by assessing their sustainability baseline and next steps to drive the UN’s 2030 agenda forward.
