I've been working in food and farming for 30 years beginning with permaculture and market gardening and moving through farming to catering, wholesale and retail.
My work history includes the Permaculture Association (Britain), the Co-operative Wholesale Society, Fresh & Wild (now Wholefoods Market) and Essential Trading Co-operative.
I represent Organic Farmers & Growers on roundtables/forums/working groups; Agricology, IFOAM, NFU Organic Forum, Agriculture Working Party of Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming.
I work in Wales with the Welsh Grain Forum and the Wales Real Food and Farming Conference and Food Manifesto Wales.
