I work as a supply-chain manager for the inclusive-fashion company from Japan: SOLIT, Inc.. 

We make clothes tailored to anyone regardless of thier body characteristics, such as disability, body size and shape. We can do this through the unique production development process, collaborating with medical and nursing specialists. 

We have a policy of " zero waste", we produce items based on the made-to-order, and therefore do not create any excess stock in our warehouse.
