I am a folklorist , looking at the ways climate change, social justice and inequalities are understood, and expressed by marginalized and underrepresented peoples. These expressions ( in various genres) not only allow insight bust also voice to people who are normally not given one.
I am working on a project to have people express how climate change has impacted their customary and traditional ways - be it family, friends or communities, then integrate climate change data on GISArc maps to illustrate the validity of their narratives.
