Eugenio Artaza-Llona

I am a university professor dedicated to issues of strategic planning of culture mainly for the public sector. I want to link strategic planning with a humanistic and ecological vision of development. I am looking to implement the results of this research in Peru, also in the Piura region and in a couple of states in the United States of America (maybe Washington and Florida).
