I am a strategy and delivery specialist, keen to mobilise change, improve equity and inclusion, and build more connections in our relationships at work and in the community. My experience includes advising on organisational development initiatives; providing mentoring, coaching, and training to staff and young people; designing and delivering complex health change programmes at a national level in England; and working with qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate impact.
