I am a human ecologist and community engagement specialist interested in group systems analysis, the sociological role of interpersonal communications and the application of an ecological perspective to community, economy and family life. My experience is 30 years in community development, partnership building, communications, promotion, long term disaster recovery and strategic planning.
In 2015, I founded WT3 Initiatives, working with partners, such as Evolutionary Biologist Dr. David Sloan Wilson, Distinguished Professor of Biological Sciences and Anthropology at Binghamton University. I apply knowledge-based framing in community practice and development. It encompasses a variety of groups and initiatives in leadership support and change management. I am a Mediator, Circle Keeper, practitioner of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and a Prosocial Facilitator.
