Terri Chapman is a public policy expert and researcher focusing on economic development, inequality, social policy, and climate change. She has extensive experience in South and Southeast Asia. Terri Curates the annual Kigali Global Dialogue, a platform that brings together stakeholders from more than 70 countries to discuss sustainable development challenges, including economic development, climate change, and health. Terri is a Ph.D. candidate in Social Policy at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, where she focuses on economic development and climate change. She is also a breast cancer survivor and universal healthcare advocate.
