Henryk is the Director for Sustainability-driven Innovation at Next Agents and a co-founder of Change Pilots, an innovation management consultancy described as a 'Supplier of Positive Change in Business' in the Positive Impact Startups 2021 report.
He is the program director of the DtB Sustainability Summit, a conference on sustainability-driven innovation as business value, taking place in Gdynia annually, and a mentor at the Design Mentorship program.
With 20+ years of professional work experience in New York, Lodz, Stockholm and London, he helps organisations develop product and service strategies using sustainability and circular economy principles that follow ISO standards for innovation management.
Henryk is also a lecturer at the Hyper Island in Sweden (and Industry Leaders at the Sustainability Leadership Change Program) and the School of Form in Poland, among other universities. He has an MSc degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design New York and an MSc in Management and Marketing from the University of Lodz.
He is also a yoga teacher and long-distance runner.
