Rebecca Paddock

I have spent my career as a marketer for the consumer packaged goods industry. I have always struggled to understand the corporate pursuit of continual growth with no regard for the wellbeing of the planet and its living inhabitants. I have spent the last year exploring my passion for the wellbeing of people and the health of the planet, with the intention of changing my career path. This journey led me to Kate Raworth's incredible Ted Talk. Learning about the doughnut economy made everything click. I want to pivot my career to an organization/system where I can work to implement the doughnut economy. I am curious to learn about the amazing work that is happening within the DEAL community.
