I'm an Industrial Engineer passionate about fighting climate change and for social justice. Almost accidentally I ended up working for most of my career in change management and innovation. Currently, I'm leading the innovation efforts in a small consultancy in the NW Spain looking for more sustainable ways of using our natural resources, with a special focus on fisheries and fishing communities.
