I am an executive coach, keynote speaker, business and organisational development and change management senior professional well experienced in group facilitation, training design and delivery, and with a specialization and a passion in coaching at all levels and applications. My skills lie in effective communication to stimulate discussion, raise awareness, develop abilities, facilitate change and turn plans into action.
I invested the last 35 years in my self development and education as sociologist, organizational consultant, leadership awakener, coach, supervisor and mentor, adult learning facilitator, getting certified in a wide variety of methodologies and tools.
I have designed, delivered and managed projects in the areas of leadership, coaching, sales, customer service, diversity inclusion, change management, trainer's training, and teambuilding integrating different business and organizational models and the latest discoveries of Neuroscience.
I have a significative experience of about twentyfive years in working with senior executives on leadership development initiatives and with them in a variety of areas including developing strategic approach, managing change, delivering results through effective execution, designing organizational systems and facilitating critical teamwork.
In 1999 I started the first coaching company founded in Italy, U2COACH, I have been directing so far. Since April 2018 I also direct The Performance Solution, a coaching and coaching training company based in UK that has parteners in Middle East, Kenya, Australia, and Norway. I designed my first coaching training programme in 2001 abiding to the International Coaching Federation highest standards, Master in Corporate and Business Coaching, which has been accredited ACTP / Level 2 by ICF since 2006. I took over TPS na d since I am the Director also of Professional and Higher Professional Coaching Skills, an Level 2 programme that is delivered in diverse countries around the world. I published some books: La Perfetta Leadership (2007), La Perfetta Leadership Remastered (2002), La Perfetta Leadership Donna (2002), Che Risposta Cerchi? (maggio 2024).
