Passionate about living life fully, I enjoy (re)igniting fires in people. I create spaces where creativity flows and feeling a sense of belonging and safety opens the doors to new ways of thinking. I advocate for Collaboration and Co-Creation as it is the reason we are here on this planet. 

Over 20+ years as an edcuator in engineering education I developed my 5 stop approach on the values and perspectives needed to grow an idea into a product or service. With this process roadma I share my personal story & insights and create peer learning environments as I teach in my Collaboration and Co-Creation Programs.
