Hi everyone.
My interest in this community stems from my work and in particular my experience with Toyota and their production system.
Since being in WA (19 years) I've worked in many industries predominantly in the area of business improvement. Over this period I have become frustrated with the seeming lack of consciousness, around the devastating impacts on humanity and our planet, of a priority focus on delivering value to one stakeholder only, the shareholder, over all other equally important stakeholders.
