I was born in the beautiful Aotearoa New Zealand, where a third of our land is national parks, and our Whanganui River has legal personhood. I’m now excited to be living in the vibrant Amsterdam which is ambitiously striving to be emissions-free and circular.
I have worked in various areas of law and human resources in London and New Zealand, am a certified yoga teacher and mediator, and have thrown a small festival in NZ. The past eight months, I have been traveling, attending conferences, workshops, and reflecting on what is important and fulfilling. Some highlights include representing a VU/IUCN story project at COP28, learning about the Inner Development Goals, working on a climate narrative research project with Inner Green Deal, and attending the ADE Green conference on sustainability and social change in the music industry.
