I am an economist passioned about food systems. I have experiences working in banking; in  organizartions promoting agroecology; in research; and in hospitality. 

Currrently living in Europe, but with the mindset of the Argentinian negotiator in the UN Sustainable Development Conference in 2011: "I have always though of sustainable development like this. If only you could get the Europeans to see it this way too".

I am Brazilian and Italian.
